Gordon Rose is a very experienced fire risk assessor with over 20 years’ experience and holds full Membership with MIFSM - Institute of Fire Safety Managers, GIFireE – Graduate Membership of the Institute of Fire Engineers and Full membership of The Fire Protection association and is an Accredited Fire Risk Assessor Register (NFRAR) No C1947 at Intermediate level.



Intermediate Level is for experienced fire risk assessors working in the field on buildings ranging from simple and less complex to those of medium complexity. Intermediate Level is for anyone with over two years’ experience in fire risk assessing. The Intermediate Level application involves a 3-stage internal certification process.  The first part of this process is a fire risk assessment check, followed by a competency assessment and finally the completion of a RPEL checklist.

Gordon conducts fire risk assessments on offices, shops, warehouses and medium sized buildings.

Gordon specialises in fire risk assessments for nursing homes and care homes and specialised housing risk assessments.
